Influence of Deposition Parameters for Cu2O and CuO Thin Films by Electrodeposition Technique: A Short Review

چکیده
The transition metal oxide-based nanomaterial attracted researchers for its various applications due to interesting physical, chemical, and optical properties. Copper oxide thin films with different oxidation states were prepared on transparent, nontransparent nature conducting substrates from the acidic alkaline medium by electrodeposition technique. deposition parameters such as potential, bath temperature, solution pH, time determine complexing agents sodium thiosulfate, lactic acid, citric triethanolamine stability of cuprous cupric ions in deposited films. Optical properties reported that have direct band gap value 1.3 3.7 eV represents absorbance visible region solar spectrum. light region, good electrical conductivity, nanostructure morphologies environment-friendly constituents are distinctive copper oxides.
